Silver Bolt is a bluish-silver marble who competes in the Marble Rally. In Sand Marble Rally 2016 they finished 13th overall and won 1 silver and 1 bronze medal. In 2017, they finished 6th in the qualification, which got them eliminated along with Starman and Rastafarian. In 2018 they would again fail to qualify and they participated in the Sand Marble Rally 2018 B-League where they finished 9th with 19 points.

History

2016

Silver Bolt made their debut in the in Sand Marble Rally 2016, where they failed to finish Race 1, along with 16 others. However, they performed decently well in the first half of the season and even finished third in Race 4. However, they lost places in both Races 5 and 6, in which they had lead in both, due to going on the slower side of a split in 5 and crashing out of the lead in 6. They again crashed in Race 7 and dropped to 18th overall but then drew level in 17th with Blue Smoke before finishing second in Race 10 and jumped up into 11th with a slim chance at a podium. In the final two races they dropped to thirteenth with 104 points.

2017

Silver Bolt failed to qualify for Sand Marble Rally 2017 after finishing 6th in their qualification race.

2018

Silver Bolt again failed to qualify for Sand Marble Rally 2018, but was able to compete in the B-League, where they finished a disappointing 9th, but was able to evade being forced to compete in the Wildcard Race in 2019's qualifiers. Their highest B-League placement was 4th in Race 1.

2019

Silver Bolt qualified for Marble Rally 2019 after finishing fifth in Qualification Race B. They had a decent showing in the first half of the season, highlighted by a 5th place finish in Race 3. Unfortunately, they put on a poor showing in the second half, earning a combined total of only 7 points in the final four races. Silver Bolt finished the season in 15th place.

2020

Silver Bolt was set to compete in the Race-off for Marble Rally 2020. However, the Qualifiers were cancelled and Silver Bolt was not invited to take part in the tournament.

2022

After a year with no appearances, Silver Bolt competed in the Marble Rally 2022 Practice Race, where they performed surprisingly well, finishing 10th in race 1, then winning race 2, giving them a combined time of 4:02.39, which was the lowest of all the 20 competitors, and thus first place in the Practice Round overall.
