Trivia

• This marks the second time in Marbula One where a marble became stuck in the safety marble lane, with Shock from Thunderbolts ending up there at the beginning of lap 8, leading to their DNF. The other occurence was Clutter at the Season 2 Misty Mountain Grand Prix.
• With Snowy capturing Pole Position for the race, the Snowballs became the fourth team to set consecutive Poles following Mellow Yellow, Crazy Cat's Eyes, and Savage Speeders.
  • By extension, they are the first team to achieve it in the first two races of the season.
• With Nereid coming 16th in this race, they become the second Oceanics member to fail to score any points in their debut race, following Ocean in their first race at the Season 2 O'raceway Grand Prix.
