The Pinkies are a light pink team, originally introduced in Marble League 2016. They are comprised of Pinky Rosa, Pinky Winky, Pinkydink, and Pinky Toe. Pinky Panther was added as a reserve member before Marble League 2018.
Despite having appeared in every Marble League so far, the Pinkies are generally considered one of the worst overall performers. They often finish in the bottom half of many events and, consequently, finish in the bottom half of the overall standings. The exception to this is 2017, where they finished 1st overall in the Marble League 2017 Qualifiers and 6th overall with two bronze medals in Marble League 2017.
Team Members
Pinky Rosa, Pinky Winky, Pinkydink, and Pinky Toe are the original and current members of the team. Pinky Panther was introduced in 2018 as a reserve. Beginning in the 2019 season, Pinky Rosa was appointed as team captain.

History
The Pinkies come from the city of Rosaka, located on an island off the coast of East Asia. It is home to one of the most advanced economies in the world, and is rich in both historical and natural significance. The city is named for the cherry blossom trees that turn rose-colored at the start of spring. They can be found across the island, including in the park surrounding Rosaka Castle and in the fields surrounding the Ampinktheater, the Pinkies' stadium.
The four original members of the Pinkies, Pinky Rosa, Pinky Winky, Pinkydink and Pinky Toe, first met while participating in kapinki theater. They were on a tour across mainland Asia, in the city of Hunluen, performing for the opening festivities of the MFC Championship League. The best actors in kapinki had been selected to represent Rosaka in the show. The four had rehearsed together before, but first felt a connection while performing. After their show had ended, the four went to get food and watch the MFC Championship League.
The four quickly became friends, even while being in separate acting troupes with different schedules. It was difficult for all four of them to get together, but when they could, they would constantly reminisce about the MFC Championship League. This led to them pondering whether their future lays in marble sports rather than on theater. The four eventually left kapinki and formed a team called the Kapinkis.
Once they entered the MFC Championship League, the team changed their name to the Pinkies. They did very well for a new team, finishing in sixth in 2014. When the Marble League was announced in 2015, the team doubted that they would be invited due to their lack of experience in marble sports and their sixth place finish. Three invites were given to the MFC Championship League. Most teams turned it down, while the Pinkies and the Balls of Chaos accepted. Team Momo from the Ramen Bowl took the leftover spot.
The Pinkies started off Marble League 2016 with a 4th place finish in Balancing. Unfortunately, the competition went down hill from there. They managed to earn one point in Event 2, Relay Race, with a 7th place finish. They then failed to earn points until Event 7, High Jump, where Pinky Toe finished sixth. This was followed two eighth place finishes in 10 Meter Sprint and Team Pursuit.
The Pinkies earned their first medal, a bronze, in Event 10, the Precision Slalom, rising to 12th place in the overall standings. Unfortunately, the Pinkies failed to score in Event 11, Quartet Diving, and then were disqualified in Event 12, Hurdles, after Pinky Toe accidentally jumped off his lane. This disqualification caused them to lose three points. This led to them finishing in last place overall. They were tied with the Limers in points, but placed below them due to their disqualification.
It seemed clear that the Pinkies weren't even expected to qualify for Marble League 2017. However, they managed to turn their fortunes around in the Marble League 2017 Qualifiers. They won the first event, Relay Race, and finished third in the second event, Sand Race. A fourth place finish in the final event, Funnel Spin, led the Pinkies to a first place qualification.
This momentum was carried into Marble League 2017, with Pinky Toe finishing 3rd in the first event, Funnel Race. Unlike the previous year, the Pinkies continued to finish within the top half of the standings, with two fourth place finishes in Event 3, Fidget Spinner Collision, and Event 6, Relay Run. After the first half of the competition, the Pinkies were in 3rd place in the overall standings. They followed this up with a bronze medal in Event 7, Block Pushing, which brought the team to 2nd overall. However, they were 22 points behind the first place Savage Speeders and only one point ahead of the Limers.
Unfortunately, the Pinkies started to crack under the pressure and finished the next two events, High Jump and Steeplechase, in the bottom half of the standings. As a result, they dropped to 6th overall. The team returned to their previous form and finished the last three events in the top half of the standings and finished the season in 6th overall. Upon their return to Rosaka, many of their fans came out to congratulate the team with a parade and a dedication ceremony for the Ampinktheater.
The Pinkies changed their uniform for Marble League 2018 to more easily distinguish them from the hosts, the Snowballs. They went from pale pink to a darker striped pink, the same uniform they had used while competing in the MFC Championship League. Seeded in Group B of the Marble League 2018 Qualifiers, the team qualified by finishing 2nd in the group, with two third place finishes in Curling and Halfpipe, as well as a first place finish in Snow Race.
Pinky Winky represented the Pinkies in the first two events, the 5 Meter Ice Dash and the Ski Jump, placing 7th in both. The team then had a sixth place finish in the Halfpipe, bringing them to 5th overall, the highest they would achieve that year. Unfortunately, for the remainder of the season, the team finished in the bottom half of the standings and only made it into the top ten for two events. They placed 9th in Event 7, Snow Rally, and Event 8, Snowboard Cross.
The Pinkies ended up in the fight with the other teams in the bottom four (the Limers, the Minty Maniacs, Team Momary and Mellow Yellow) throughout the competition, with a rivalry developing between the Pinkies and Mellow Yellow, dubbed the "Mellow Pinkies" by some fans. Unfortunately, the Pinkies could not get back to form in time. As a result, they once again finished the competition in last place.
The Pinkies took part in two offseason events. Pinky Winky represented the team in the 100 Meter Water Race and finished 8th. The whole team took part in the Amazing Maze Marble Race, but finished last in their group, placing 21st overall. Shortly after this, the Pinkies decided to return to their opaque pink uniform. Pinky Panther, the reserve member who joined the team for Marble League 2018, had tried one on after the Amazing Maze Marble Race and realized that the opaque uniform is sleeker than the striped uniform, and is thus better suited for the Marble League, besides being aesthetically more pleasing. The request to change the uniform was approved, even though the Snowballs were still competing.
Expectations for the Pinkies for Marble League 2019 were low among fans. However, the team entered the Marble League 2019 Qualifiers and did well, with a notable 8th place finish in Block Pushing and a 6th place finish in the Relay Race. The team finished in 10th place in the overall standings, qualifying them for their fourth Marble League in a row.
Between the Qualifiers and the start of the main tournament, the Pinkies hired Pinky Promise as their coach. Wearing the team's 2018 uniform, she took an active role in training and racing with the team. Her main goal was to break the rut that the team had fallen into the previous year, and so the team's routine became more rigorous than before.
Unfortunately, the Pinkies did not respond well to Pinky Promise's coaching at first. In the first nine events, the team finished outside the top ten, except for a 7th place finish in Event 6, Relay Run. This left the team in last place. However, the next event was Hubelino Maze, a more tactical event. Pinkydink had always been a fan of strategy games such as Tetroll, and so the team were undeterred going into the event.
True to their newfound morale, the Pinkies went on to excel in the event, making it into the final. They faced the Oceanics who, like them, had not won a medal in over a year. They also faced the Savage Speeders and the Hazers. The Pinkies persisted, and won their first ever silver medal. This would not have any affect on the overall standings, however, as they remained in last place.
Three days later, Pinky Toe competed in the Dirt Race. He placed first in his heat, despite slowing down in the final stretch. He was in last place to start the final. However, he gained a burst of speed at the end, allowing him to pass Swifty of the Savage Speeders and win the race. This performance won the Pinkies their first ever gold medal, lifting the team out of last place into 13th.
However, the Pinkies could not keep their momentum. The team proceeded to finish within the bottom half in three of the final five events. Pinkydink finished last in Event 13, Elimination Race. Pinky Rosa couldn't catch up with the competition in the final event, Sand Rally, and finished in fourteenth. The Pinkies ended Marble League 2019 in fifteenth place overall.
In order to rectify what needed to be improved, the Pinkies decided to return to Rosaka and get back to training for the Marble League 2020 Qualifiers. Even though they did not participate in Marbula One, it became clear enough that the Pinkies were even more determined to prove their place in the Marble League as they aimed to qualify for Marble League 2020.[2]

Trivia
- The Pinkies changed their uniforms for Marble League 2018 to a more distinct shade of pink in order to avoid confusion with the Snowballs. The next year, however, the Pinkies switched back to their original uniforms.
- This makes the Pinkies the only team to ever change their uniforms.
- The Pinkies are one of few solid color teams. The other teams include Mellow Yellow, the Snowballs and the O'rangers.
- The Pinkies do not have an official rival; however, their fans consider the O'rangers and Mellow Yellow to be their rivals.
- The Pinkies are one of the few teams to participate in every Marble League edition to date. They share this distinction with Mellow Yellow, the Oceanics, the O'rangers, the Savage Speeders, Team Galactic, and the Thunderbolts.
- The Pinkies are also the only team to do so without auto-qualifying.
