Meteorine is the home of the Solar Flares. The team's training facilities and stadium are located in the city. It is also home to:
- Sunspot Beach - the city's renowned beach where recreational sports open to members of the community are regularly organised. The Solar Flares would regularly compete in various sports on the beach and would regularly train there.[1]
