Marble Rally Season 7 was the seventh season of Marble Rally. It began on 29 June 2024 and ended on 10 August 2024.

Slimer was the defending champion.

Changes in Season 7

• The number of competitors was reverted to 20 marbles as in Season 5 after being reduced to 16 in Season 6.
• Qualifiying had a slight change of format. The marbles with the 16 fastest times overall would qualify for the championship, instead of the top few finishers in every heat.
• A new starting gate was introduced, with the competing marbles now sitting together in a single row.
  • The starting positions are given from far to near for left-to-right races and from near to far for right-to-left races.
• The scoring system was slightly modified so that every finisher in a race would receive points, as in Marble Rally 2018. In this new scoring system, marbles finishing 15th or lower would receive 1 point, but no points would be awarded for a DNF.
• Both the main tournament and the Showdown were played in the same video, with the Showdown race held first before the main tournament race.
• This season marked the first time any track hosted four races instead of the usual two. Furthermore, unlike previous seasons where races were released in pairs, according to the course, following the filming order, this season’s races were uploaded 'out of order' relative to the filming sequence.

Qualifiers

For the qualifiers, the marbles were split into 4 races, each with 7 marbles. The top 16 marbles with the fastest times across all four races qualified for the main tournament. The Qualifiying Races were released on 22 June 2024.

Pre-qualified for Season 7:

• The top 4 marbles of Season 6 (Slimer, Ducktape, Superball and Ghost Plasma) auto-qualified for the main tournament and were thus exempted from Qualifiying. They instead competed in the Friendly Race.

Trivia

• This was the first time Cool Moody failed to qualify for the main tournament.
  • Ghost Plasma, Slimer, Red Number 3, Superball and Amethyst are now the only five competitors to have never missed any main tournament race since their debut.
    • Additionally Crazy Cat's Eye has also competed in every season so far, but was eliminated halfway through the inaugural season.
• This was the first time White Widow and Blazing Fireball qualified for a Marble Rally championship through the Qualifiers.
  • This would be White Widow's first ever full season; in the inaugural season, White Widow was eliminated after the end of Race 6.
  • Green Turtle is now the only inaugural season marble yet to appear in another Marble Rally championship.
• This was the second consecutive season Black Knight, El Capitan, Quicksilver and Summer Sky all failed to qualify for the main tournament.
• If the qualifying rules used in Season 6 were applied, it would have been Cobra and H2 Blue who qualified for the main tournament in place of Comet and Pollo Loco.
• This was the first time ever Superball finished a Marble Rally main tournament outside of the overall podium and outside of the top 4.
• At 25 points against Pollo Loco, Blue Moon set a new record for the largest winning margin, previously held by Red Number 3 in 2018.
• This was the first time none of the top 3 competitors of the previous Marble Rally season finished in the top 3.
  • On the flip side, this was also the first time a competitor won a Marble Rally championship after missing out on the previous season's championship.
