In the 5 Meter Sprint, one marble from each team rolls down a sloped 5 meter long track as quickly as they can. The first two marbles to cross the finish line advance to the next round.

- In the example run, the Green Attendant came first, followed by the Blue Attendant, then the Yellow Attendant and then in last the Red Attendant. No official times were released.
- This event currently holds the record of most records broken in a single event, with 4.
- This is the first time that Team Momo is at the top of the leaderboard in a Marble League.
- Team Momo now hold the record of the lowest point total by a leader after the first 3 events, with 37 points.
- The Limers also hold the record of the highest point total by a last-placed team after the first 3 events, with 14 points, bettering their Marble League 2018 antirecord of 11 points.
