In Marblocross, one marble from each team races down a course created with two sections: a section on gray "racing track" (made of the same track used in Marbula One) and a sand rally section. The marble who finishes first after 22 laps wins the race. Starting grid positions are determined by reverse championship order.
The Closing Ceremony began with Jelle and Dion Bakker entering the Coliseum and carrying the Marble League Trophy to the front of the final podium. Cleocatra then took a seat in front of the podium, with members of the JMA taking seats on the sides of the podium. Then, the teams ranked 4th to 16th made their way in front of the podium, beginning with the Rojo Rollers (16th), and continuing in ascending order up to the Hazers (4th). The top 3 teams were then brought up onto the podium, starting with the Gliding Glaciers (3rd), followed by the Raspberry Racers (2nd), and finally the ML21 champions, Mellow Yellow (1st). Gold glitter then fell from above as the champions of the Marble League were presented with the Marble League Trophy by Cleocatra. Misty was then announced as the Most Valuable Marble of the League, and was brought to a place next to Cleocatra on the final podium. Mellow Yellow then brought their trophy in front of the fans, and then proceeding in front of catseye marbles on the opposite side of the stadium spelling out "ML2021" as they performed a crowd wave. Coach Mellow was then ushered by Jelle inside the entrance to the inside of the stadium as fireworks went off, where they extinguished the Marble League flame. After the credits rolled and the final standings were shown, the leaderboard disappeared, leaving behind just the Green Ducks marble, thus revealing them as the hosts of Marble League 2022.
With an average of 10.125 points per event and an average of 8.125 position per event, Mellow Yellow became the Marble League champions with the lowest points per event rate and the lowest average position rate.
Having autoqualified for Marble League 2022, Mellow Yellow became the first team to qualify for their seventh consecutive Marble League.
