The twelfth event of Marble League 2020 was held on the 6th August 2020, featuring the twelfth event, the Relay Run.
Event[]

In the Relay Run, one marble from each team rolls down part of the track as quickly as they can. They then crash into the next marble setting them off to complete their part of the race. The fourth marble in the team will complete the final part of the course. The first two teams to finish advance to the next round.

Trivia[]
- After the event, $5,000 was donated to the Second Harvest Food Bank in the name of the Savage Speeders, the gold medalists in the event.
- Due to Mellow Yellow being 109 points adrift of the current leaders O'rangers with 4 events left, they become the first team who cannot win Marble League 2020.
- With Mellow Yellow holding just 51 points, they have set a new record for least points in the first 12 events. This is lower than the 58 points earned by the Quicksilvers at the end of Marble League 2017.
- This was the first time that Stardust competed against another team during the demonstration of the event. They competed against John Rolliver and their team.
- This was also the first time the demonstration team members were named.
- Team Stardust consisted of Stardust, Stargaze, Silica, & Supernova
- Team Rolliver consisted of John Rolliver, Chiijohn, Zebra, & Adam.
- The Oceanics' Marble League Record marked the first time a record was broken during the first heat of an event.
- In Heat 3, all participants were faster than the previous ML record.
- The O'rangers' time in Heat 3 marks the only sub-8 run in the current Relay Run format.
- Every team who used their reserve advanced to the semifinals.
- Out of the 8 teams who made it to the semifinals, only 3 teams did not use their reserves: the Savage Speeders, Team Galactic and the Hornets.
