The race was similar to the one used in the qualifiers, but it featured 12 funnels instead of 8. The rules were the same as previous funnel spinning events (the last marble to finish wins). 8 marbles are in each heat, with the 4 best results from each heat advancing to the final.

Heat 1[]
Right at the start of this heat, Clementin from the O'rangers got out of the starting block, but was unable to move to the first funnel, being stuck at the top for the entirety of this heat, placing last. This caused a huge amount of controversy on whether a re-do should've been done. The Savage Speeders held the lead for most of the race, before dropping 3 funnels in a row to finish in 3rd place. Foggy from the Hazers finished in 1st place and is also the only non-captain to advance to the final from this heat.
The highlight of this heat was Razzy from the Raspberry Racers winning by almost 20 seconds, despite being the first marble to drop into funnel 9. Aqua from the Oceanics came last, despite a decent start, holding a brief lead early in the race. Both captains that competed in this event finished 1st and 2nd respectively.
Speedy from the Savage Speeders was able to claim the team's second gold medal in 2 events. After a duel in the final funnel with Razzy (Raspberry Racers), who stayed in the final funnel for 34 seconds. Foggy from the Hazers claimed their first medal of Marble League 2019 and the Hazers' first ever bronze medal.
Last event Rapidly became the most successful marble in terms of medals. After winning, Speedy is now tied for most successful marble with Rapidly on medals (both have 2 golds & 1 silver).
This is the Savage Speeders' 8th gold medal, 4th consecutive medal and the first team that has won gold in the first 2 events of a Marble League.
