In Block Pushing, teams of four marbles descend down a ramp before colliding with a block. The objective of the event is to push the block as far as possible down the team's lane, without dislodging the block or having a marble leave the lane. Each team has four pushes, one in each lane. The top two results are added together to give the total score. In the semifinals, the teams only have two pushes, with their best result being their score. The top two teams from each heat move on to the next round.
If a marble leaves their lane then their push is invalid. If they jump into another lane and help push another team, the team they are helping's push is still valid.
† The Pinkies' push in Heat 2 was invalid as one member of the team jumped into another lane. †† The Jawbreakers' push in Heat 3 was invalid as one member of the team jumped into another lane. They jumped into the Pinkies' lane and helped them.
*Teams eliminated in the Group Stage were ranked by their combined total of their best two distances of four heats. Teams in the final or eliminated in the Semifinal were ranked by their best distance of two heats.
The Jungle Jumpers ironically finished last in this event, after finishing first in a very similar event in the Qualifiers.
After Group A finished, a fan decided to try an attempt. The fan only managed to push the block 17 cm. They were then escorted away by security.
