In the Swing Wave, the marble teams roll down a wave-shaped track. The farther each marbles goes, the more points they get. A team's final score is the sum of all their individual team members' scores.
In the first stage, the teams are split into groups of 4, who each complete 2 attempts simultaneously. In each of the 2 attempts, the team with the lowest score is eliminated from the event. The 2 teams that survive the group stage progress to the finals, where the process is repeated until only 1 team remains.
