H2 Blue is a transparent colorless marble with a single blue stripe across the surface who competes in the Marble Rally. They participated in both Sand Marble Rally 2016 and 2017, but failed to qualify for Sand Marble Rally 2018. H2 Blue then moved to the Sand Marble Rally 2018 B-League and won it. However, H2 Blue performed poorly in Marble Rally 2019 and was demoted to the Showdown once more, but in September 2020, it would be announced that the Showdown would be cancelled. H2 Blue would also not be invited to Marble Rally Season 5, likely as a result of their poor performance in the previous season.

History

2016

H2 Blue participated in the very first Sand Marble Rally season: Sand Marble Rally 2016 where they came 15th overall, taking a silver and a bronze and a couple of other top 10 finishes, plus 1 DNF and a few lower finishes, including 3 non-points finishes.

2017

H2 Blue finished their qualifier in fourth place behind eventual title contenders Red Number 3, Quicksilver and Dragon's Egg.

In their first race of the season, H2 Blue performed really well, staying the whole race in top-5 and finishing second, despite hitting a nail barrier mid-race. In Race 2 they stayed at the end of the pack and unfortunately did not finish the race. The camera didn't catch the moment H2 Blue stopped moving.

The third race had to be started two times because three seconds after the first start, a large number of marbles piled up against a wall (H2 Blue included). However, the restart didn't help them much and H2 Blue stayed out of the top 15 for the whole race. In Race 4 H2 Blue was racing mid-pack but made a great comeback right at the end which allowed them to finish third.

After being on the podium H2 Blue again did not finish the Race 5 and followed this up with five races where they finished in 12th place or below. The eleventh race of the season saw H2 Blue finish in the top 10 for the first time since Race 4, finishing in eighth. In Race 12 H2 Blue started from the P1, but would fall back to 9th.

The Sand Marble Rally 2017 finale had double points on offer. H2 Blue won the race after errors from Slimer and Dragon's Egg. They jumped 10 spots up into 6th.

2018

H2 Blue did not make it through the qualifiers so they competed in the Sand Marble Rally 2018 B-League. After 2 races, H2 Blue only placed 10th overall, but they won the next two races which made them champions of the B-League, automatically qualifying them for Marble Rally 2019.

2019

After winning the Sand Marble Rally 2018 B-League, H2 Blue automatically qualified for Marble Rally 2019. They ended up having a disastrous season, earning 0 points in half of the races and failing to ever make the top 10. H2 Blue finished the season in last place with only 14 points.
