The Aquamaring Circuit contains many challenging and twisty sections; however, it also has a lot of long straightaway sections. The track starts out with a righthanded 135-degree turn, that leads into a slalom section of the circuit that contains many switchback 90-degree corners, before a long straight takes the marbles down towards a technical Turns 6 and 7, where the marbles try to stay off the curbs in order to have a good entry into Turn 8, an incredibly slow corner, that takes them onto the ramp.
The ramp was the sight of controversy in Season 2, when Yellup from the Mellow Yellows flew off the track at that section, due to a slight bump at the bottom of the ramp, combined with the ramps angled trajectory towards the right side of the track (where Yellup went off the course). Following this incident, a barrier ended up being added to the section where the incident occurred.
A long straightaway that splits into 2 lanes follows after the marbles exit the ramp, where the marbles will then make their way towards a quick right-left chicane, that can either benefit marbles or not based on which side of the split they chose. Following a shorter straight, the marbles then go through a fast 180-degree turn, before a 90-degree right hander, and another hairpin ends off the lap.
