The Crazy Cat's Eyes have been WILD this year. In the beginning of the season, they had a great performance, racking up three medals in six events, five top 5 finishes (the other was dead last), and placing 3rd overall at the end of Event 6. Then, even though their position didn't change that much, they had five bottom four finishes in the next seven events, and the standings got closer and closer. They were in 11th place and I thought that it would be another one of those seasons where they burned out early. Then, something amazing happened. In the G-Force Endurance, they got 3rd, and in the Sand Rally, they easily got 1st. They went up to 4th in the standings overall and still have a chance of winning. Whether they do well and surprisingly get 1st overall in E16 or get 16th and lose 2 or 3 positions, the 2023 Marble League was a crazy season for the Crazy Cat's Eyes.

Mellow Yellow and the Raspberry Racers could both have their first poor performance in an odd season.

In 2020, Mellow Yellow stayed in the bottom 3 the whole year. This year, the Thunderbolts could be in the bottom 3 the whole year. They have only been in 14th and 16th. The next year, in 2021, the Raspberry Racers stayed in the top 3 the whole year. That is something that the Savage Speeders could do this year.
