Wisps should be in B tier, their recent performances have either been bad or mid.

Also Oceanics should be lower, I would've said this even if they didn't flop in the ML23 showdown just like in the ML22 showdown, they're a bad ML team and they did pretty poorly the one time they competed in M1, I would've given them C after 22 and D after 23, and in fact if we just completely discount ML16 to ML20 altogether, they're even worse than the Solar Flares and the Purple Rockets. They used to be just mediocre and subpar but as of late they just keep finding new ways to suck and after hitting rock bottom they've continued to dig deeper and deeper into Davy Jones' locker.
